In the public-private management complex building, “high convenience” and “synergistic effect” between uses were highly evaluated by building manager questionnaire. addition, inefficiency in facility was “the shape of is complicated crowded”. this study, spatial composition buildings quantitatively analyzed from evaluation operation actual usage, issues clarified.
